MB-45 is an aluminum system intended for architectural external and interior enclosures, not requiring thermal insulation, e.g. various types of partition walls, windows, doors, including manual and automatic sliding doors, swing doors, ticket box offices and showcases. The structural depth of the window sections measures 45 mm (frame), 54 mm (casement), and the door 45 mm and 45 mm respectively. These chosen depths of casement/leaf and frame sections give a smooth flat effect from the exterior side after closing, in the case of windows, and a surface facing of the leafs and frames in the case of doors. The tightness is guaranteed thanks to the use of special gaskets made of EPDM synthetic rubber, which guarantees age-resistance during long-term exploitation. The profiled gaskets and the central gasket are cut at the angle of 45 degrees and is glued in the corners. The ventilation and draining holes from the outside are covered with caps made of plastics. The glass panels and other filings are mounted with the help of beads and window gaskets. The system allows for using sets of glass panels being from 2 mm to 35 mm thick . Such wide range of filing thickness guarantees the usage of most typical glass panels. The build of SPECTRAL 45 system allows typical, according to European standards, hardware, locks and hinges to be mounted , thanks to which we are able to realize varied wishes of our customers without the change of the basic construction. The colored layers are made using the anodic or powder paint methods.
