The MB-60 US (HIDDEN CASEMENT) is a part of the window-door system of METALPLAST BIELSKO SA with a thermal barrier MB-60. MB-60 US is a modern aluminum system, which is used for making architectural elements requiring thermal and acoustic insulation.

The windows made in this system have sashes/casements that cannot be seen from the external side of the building. The position of the adjacent fixed and openable windows cannot be distinguished. The width of the window frame from the external side is small, thanks to which the structure gives an impression of a shapely and delicate look.

Each structure built in the MB-60 US system, devoted for mounting in the exterior, must have effective water drainage and ventilation system from the glass chamber and from the chamber between the sash and the casing . The ventilation and drainage openings are covered with caps made of plastics.

The characteristic quality of MB-60US system is that it is closely tied-in with other systems of METALPLAST BIELSKO. Adapting such structural design allowed to achieve and use many common elements, e.g. common profiles gaskets, corner joints, glazing beads, glazing and closing gaskets, common hardware and cross-bars, as well as many identical technological processes such as pinning of lattice connecting elements and crossbars, gluing the corner joints, cutting out various openings, etc.

The MB-60 system balcony windows and doors made from aluminum sections with a thermal barrier have the AT-15-3105/2003technical approval.
