aluminium / metalplast systems / mb-59s

The MB-59S system is intended for projects requiring thermal and acoustic insulation for exterior building elements, such as different types of windows, doors and entrance enclosures, display windows, etc. The structural depth of the window sections measures 50 mm for frames and 59 mm for casements. The external surfaces of these sections lie in one surface. The structural depth of the door sections both for frames and leafs measures 50 mm. Thanks to it, the facing effect of leaves with frames is achieved from both the external and internal side. Practically, almost all window and door sections have a tree-chamber structure where the central chamber is an insulation chamber between thermal breaks. Thanks to this solution we managed to obtain shapely, economical and rigid profiles. A system of connections with thermal breaks allows for the use of double-color profiles - making them different on the internal and external side of the façade. . In MB-59S there have been used profiled "omega" shape thermal breaks, made from polyamide reinforced with fiberglass. Such a shape of thermal breaks ensures very good thermal insulation and appropriate drainage from the internal chambers of the profile.

Profiles of the MB-59S system meet the thermal requirements for material group 2.1 according to DIN 4108. The infill material used in them may be from 4 mm to 40 mm thick in window, door and window display casements and in fixed window casements: from 4 mm to 31 mm.

One of the basic advantages of the MB-59S system is the freedom in selecting the hardware and methods of its mounting. The structure of the door profile, thanks to the application of special grooves, allows for mounting various types of hinges, the so called mortise hinges as well as fasteners and bolts. The door can also have traditional surface hinges. The window sections have profiled grooves in measurements allowing for the use of enveloped hardware and connecting elements in accordance with the UE standards, intended both for aluminum and plastic windows. These solutions allow for mounting the hardware manufactured by a majority of reputable companies.

An essential quality of the presented system is the possibility of profile bending and achieving a variety of arches and arch structures.

The MB-59S system is currently one of the few, if not the only window-door aluminum systems, whose profiles have at the same time a 3-chamber structure, frame depth of 50mm and meet the thermal requirements for the material group 2.1. The system possesses the Technical Approval from the Building Technology Institute No. AT-15-6357/2004 for external doors and No. AT-15-6417/2004 for balcony windows and doors
