MB-45 is an aluminum system intended for architectural external and interior enclosures not requiring thermal insulation, e.g. various types of partition walls, windows, doors -manual and automatic sliding doors and swing doors including, entrance enclosures, display windows, ticket box offices, showcases and space structures. The structural depth of the window sections is 45 mm (frame), 54 mm (sash), and the door- 45 mm and 45 mm, respectively. Such selected depths of the sash and frame sections give the effect of one surface from the exterior side after closing in the case of the window, and the effect of the surface facing the sash and frames in the case of doors. The shape of the profile allows to achieve shapely and lasting window and door structures.

An essential quality of the MB-45 system is the possibility of profile bending, such as frames, sashes and lattices, which allows to make a variety of arches and arch structures. The tightness is assured thanks to the use of special gaskets made of EPDM synthetic rubber, which guarantees the resistance to aging during long-lasting exploitation. The characteristic feature of this system is its close connection with MB-45D, MB-45F, MB-45FD, MB-60 and MB-70 window-door systems. The system universal features and qualities are additionally enhanced by the possibility of selecting from among several solution options in the case of various structural details, for example: sealing of the lower door leaf, sealing of the sliding and swing doors, the shape of glazing beads the or the shape and height of the door threshold. This system allows for using sets of glass panels being from 2 mm to 35 mm thick in window sashes and from 2 mm to 26 mm in fixed windows and doorframes.
